Cinematography:
First-Person Perspective (POV) with a wide-angle lens. The shot begins with chaotic motion and splashing water as the rescuer lands at the bottom of the cave. The camera then stabilizes but remains handheld and shaky. The lighting is high-contrast, with a single bright headlamp beam cutting through the pitch-black darkness to illuminate the subject.
Scene
The bottom of a deep, freezing subterranean ice cave. There is a pool of dark, murky water surrounded by walls of smooth, dark blue ice. Tucked away in a small corner or alcove of the ice wall is a small, wet, tan-colored puppy, shivering and looking terrified.
Actions:
The camera (rescuer) splashes into the water at the end of a slide and looks around frantically with a headlamp. The beam sweeps across the darkness and suddenly spots the small puppy huddled against the ice wall. The rescuer moves forward through the water. Two hands wearing black tactical gloves reach out towards the puppy. The rescuer gently grabs the shivering dog and pulls it tightly against their chest (clad in a dark blue jacket) to warm it up. The puppy looks up with wide, relieved eyes.
Background Sound:
The sound of water splashing and echoing drips in the cave. The rescuer's heavy breathing and frantic voice echoing "Where are you?", followed by a soft, emotional realization "Oh, I see you," and a comforting "You're safe now." The puppy makes soft whimpering sounds.
