Scene:
10 stories up on the collapsing scaffolding. The safety netting is torn and flapping in the wind. Trapped on a disconnected section of metal piping, a small Bulldog puppy is clinging to the wet steel, unable to move, whining as the pipe tilts downward.
Actions:
The camera (rescuer) leaps across a gap between two swaying platforms. The rescuer balances on a single pipe, moving inch by inch toward the puppy. The structure groans loudly. The rescuer lunges forward, one hand grabbing a vertical pole for stability, the other snatching the puppy by the harness just as the pipe under the dog's paws breaks free and falls to the street below. The rescuer pulls the puppy close to their chest and braces against the wind.
