Scene:
The chaotic street level outside the garage. A covered owner (young girl) fights past a firefighter and grabs the camera (rescuer).
Actions:
The girl pulls the rescuer’s vest, coughing in the thick dust. She points at a blue van visible on the exposed edge of the 3rd floor. She yells: "please help !! The ramp is gone! My puppy is locked in that blue van on Level 3! The floor is tilting! Please save my puppy !" The rescuer looks at the cracking pillars, adjusts their helmet, and sprints past the danger tape towards the service stairwell.
